Ankle relaxation: The heating and vibration massage functions effectively help relieve ankle discomfort. Heating levels: 104°F (40°C), 113°F (45°C), 122°F (50°C), 131°F (55°C), 140°F (60°C) effectively target and soothe ankle pain. We recommend starting at the lowest level to prevent discomfort from excessive heat. Please note that temperatures are displayed in Celsius only. We appreciate your understanding regarding this.

Vibration massage: Three vibration levels: 1 for daily maintenance, 2 for post-activity care, and 3 for ankle discomfort relief. These settings cater to varying massage needs. You can choose to enable vibration and select your preferred intensity based on your comfort. Vibration massage may not be suitable for some ankle injuries, so please pay close attention to how your ankle feels and select the appropriate mode for effective care.
